Grand Kid's Just Two

We got to spend some time with two of the grand kid's at a little cabin north of Big Lake the weekend before we left. What a great time !!!!!! Nana played cards and we did a little drawing it was hard to leave.... We hope we can get them to come to Mexico and see how Nana and Papa are doing....They would have a great time in the pool and showing them the beach would be alot of fun......

All of the grand kid's are a blessing to us and we miss them alot...

Home Safe

Wow, what a trip!!!!! We are back in Mexico and unpacking is still going on... We are
so glad to be home and the sun is out. We had a great time in Anchorage with friends
and the kid's. We did not know just how much we missed them and it was hard to leave.
We are planning our trips for next year as all the planes where full on this trip.
Just getting back into the swing of things here, food shopping, water the plants, clean off
the deck and you know the list goes on.
We are planning on the beach Friday with Terry and Debbie just to get back into the sun
and sand. Still have to put the church material together but we can do that Sat. I think...

We wanted to say Thank You to everyone in Anchorage that we saw your hugs where
great and the smiles will be with us for ever.

Our door is always open we would love to have you see Our Tulum!!!!!!

Rabbit Creek Church Anchorage Mission/Ministry BBQ

Wow, we had a wonderful BBQ hosted by the Monrads and the Vincents from Rabbit Creek Church in Anchorage, Alaska last night. We talked to 35 people about the mission and ministies of Lighthouse Church in Tulum Mexico.
We had many questions about our road trip to Mexico and living in Tulum.
We talked about the ministries we are a part of and what we feel God has planed for us in Mexico. It was great to reconnect with old friends and make new ones.

Back In The Great Land!!!

We are in Anchorage for three weeks connecting with friends and family. It's great to see everyone and get those hugs we have missed. We are off to church Sunday then we have a family BBQ with all the kid's. We went to a socker game Friday afternoon and then to watch two of the grand kids swimming lessons it was wonderful.
Next week is Doctor appointments in the mornings and lunches with friends and dinners with family...Next weekend we are off to the valley to stay with our son for three days and clean out the little trailer we packed a year ago. It's all stuff we thought we would need in Mexico and now know we don't. We are going to keep a few things but the rest goes to the kid's or good will.
Will have to purchase another cooler to take some items back to Mexico and hope the items do not get broken on the trip. Should be OK if we pack them well.......

Church Beach Day Baptizing in the Ocean

Wow, what a wonderful day!!!!!!! We had church this morning with 35 people (and this is off season) we know of another 4 to 6 people that where traveling this 4th of July so we could hit over 40!!!!!!! After church 23 of us took off to the beach for a afternoon of pizza and sun. Pastor Terry did Baptize one with two more that could not make it today. We had 10 large pizza and cake it was a hit.....All the kids played and everyone was swimming and just having a great time of fellowship....

Blue Sky

Hola,

Sat. has brought us Blue Sky with Big white clouds and just a light wind. Real nice day here I think this will be a pool day with just a little packing getting done for our trip. We are looking forward to church sunday with a beach party after. We are going to baptize two maybe three and have pizza, soda, swim, and great fellowship wish you could be here it's going to be a great time.
Renee' and I are so looking forward to our trip and getting to see the family and friends we have in Alaska. We have to pick up just a couple of items to take with us and we should be on our way
